Consulting

Find out what is possible before committing to a build.

What This Is

Most organizations considering private AI have the same two questions: Is this the right approach for us? And if so, what would it actually take?

The consulting engagement is designed to answer both. We assess your current AI situation, evaluate what is possible given your infrastructure, data, and constraints, and develop a business case grounded in your specific circumstances. Not a pitch for a particular solution. An actual assessment of what makes sense, including the cases where the answer is "not yet" or "not this."

This is how most of our client relationships begin. It is a direct conversation with the people who do the work. There is no pitch deck, no account executive, no hand-off.

What to Expect

The engagement works through four questions:

Where are you now?

We assess your current AI capabilities, infrastructure, data quality, and any existing implementations. We are looking for an accurate baseline, not a foundation for a predetermined recommendation.

What is actually possible?

Given your constraints, what AI capabilities are within reach, and on what timeline? We are direct about where the gaps are and what closing them would require.

What is worth building?

Not everything that is possible is worth doing. We develop a business case grounded in your specific situation: what the return looks like, what the risks are, and what success means in measurable terms.

Are we the right fit?

Not every project is right for us. If a different approach or a different partner would serve you better, we will say so. The goal of this engagement is an accurate picture of your options, not a signed contract.
